Appointment as Senior Counsel

Tebogo Manchu SC was recommended for the conferment of the status of senior counsel in 2022, and received his letters patent in February 2024.

Experience:

Tebogo Manchu SC has appeared in the High Court, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court.

He has also appeared in contractual and construction disputes before the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa.

In addition to his practice, he has been appointed as a chairperson in various disciplinary enquiries and as judge in the Labour Court.
