Experience:
Sibusiso was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Provincial Division, Pretoria in 2010 and with the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape Division, Cape Town in 2012, and practiced as such at Bowmans in their employment law department, and at Tshisevhe Gwina Ratshimbilani Inc in their corporate law department (mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law).
He then spent 1 year 3 months with American Tower Corporation Wireless Infrastructure (Pty) Ltd, and 4 years at The Vodacom Group. Prior to this, Sibusiso Clerked at the Constitutional Court of South Africa for the retired Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke in 2009, after which he worked as a Research Assistant to Distinguished Professor Sandra Liebenberg for a period of 2 years while completing LLM studies at Stellenbosch University.
Sibusiso also regularly appears before disciplinary tribunals and has presided over employment law disputes at the CCMA, and regularly chairs disciplinary tribunals.
Sibusiso has also lectured Professor Hoexter’s administrative law on a part-time basis as a Sessional Law Lecturer at Mandela institute (University of the Witwatersrand) for the period October 2017 – 31 December 2018.
