Rudolf Mastenbroek was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in December 2013.
He holds a BA LLB (Stellenbosch), a Masters degree in Public Management (Wits) and a HDip Tax (Rhodes.) Shortly after democracy, he was employed by the ANC during which time he was part of the constitutional assembly negotiations.
He joined the public service in 1999, and assisted in establishing the Asset Forfeiture Unit, served as legal advisor to the first National Director of Public Prosecutions, and served as national head of criminal investigations within SARS.
Rudolf has a commercial practice and a particular interest in tax.
