Robert is an experienced general commercial litigator with a keen focus in banking-related litigation, and has represented most of the major South African commercial banks in various matters, including Consumer Tribunal Complaints, debt recovery, insolvency, and banking-related fraud matters.
Prior to joining the bar, Robert served as Registrar to the Hon. Madam Justice Victor at the Gauteng Local Division of the High Court of South Africa.
