"Bloom where you are planted." Bishop of Geneva, Saint Francis de Sales

Nzwisisai (Nzwi) was called to the Bar in 2013 and is an employment/labour law and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practitioner with experience in general commercial law, administrative law and refugee law.

Nzwi’s areas of interest are in workplace mediations and investigations, chairing and initiating disciplinary and grievance hearings, employment law litigation and general motion court work. She has appeared in all the courts in South Africa on her own accord or as junior counsel. She is an accredited mediator and a part time commissioner of the CCMA and various bargaining councils and has in depth and vast experience in the mediation and arbitration of labour disputes. Nzwi believes in speedy and cost effective dispute resolution through ADR methods such as mediation and arbitration.

Outside of practice Nzwi has a passion for gardening and runs Akanaka Blooms, a small flower farm in the Midvaal. As a mum of a son with cognitive impairments and learning disabilities, her hope is to work the farm with young adults with special needs and learning disabilities.
