Ntsika has a dynamic, multi-disciplinary practice focused on administrative law and tax controversy. He advises and represents clients—primarily within the financial services industry—in disputes arising under the National Credit Act, as well as in a broad range of commercial litigation, including contractual and shareholder disputes. His practice further extends to employment and labour law and delictual claims.
He has litigated in all levels of courts in South Africa, including the Constitutional Court of South Africa, Supreme Court of Appeal, High Court, Labour Appeal Court, and Labour Court.
