Prior to coming to the Bar, Mmeli worked in the mining industry and in government for a 10 year period.
The above-mentioned experience helped established him as a labour law specialist with arbitration and mediation qualifications, accreditation, skills and experience.
He is currently a part-time commissioner at the CCMA and various bargaining council’s such as the MEIBC, ELRC, GPSSBC, Grain BC and NBCPSS.
