Linda Mcineka is an experienced legal practitioner with over two decades of professional experience in employment law, workplace governance, and dispute resolution. His career reflects a strong combination of legal training and senior executive exposure within the corporate sector, equipping him with both strategic insight and practical understanding of complex disputes.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Relations, an Advanced Diploma in Labour Law, and an LLB, providing a solid academic foundation across multiple areas of legal practice.

Before joining the Bar, Linda held senior employee relations and human resources leadership roles within major financial institutions and the retail sector. In these roles, he was responsible for disciplinary oversight, complex investigations, collective labour matters, and regulatory compliance and litigation. This experience informs his practical and commercially aware approach to litigation and advisory work.
