Drafting various High Court and Magistrate Court applications (including urgent applications);

Arguing various matters at the High Court and Magistrate Courts (including the Labour Court);

Representing parties at the CCMA and AFSA;

Assisting senior counsel in researching points of law and drafting of pleadings;

Drafting legal opinions on various subject matters;

Drafting pleadings in action proceedings;

Chairing of internal disciplinary hearings; and

Conducting investigations on various issues, including employee grievances, allegations of sexual harassment on behalf of private and public entities.
