Katherine Harding-Moerdyk was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in 2016. Prior to joining the Bar Katherine practiced as an attorney in the Commercial, Property and Litigation department at Adams & Adams in Pretoria. She holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria and an LLM with distinction from University College London.
Katherine has appeared in numerous divisions of the High Court across the country, as well as in the Magistrate’s Court, Labour Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, Constitutional Court, the Judicial Commission of Enquiry into Allegations of State Capture, and various commercial arbitrations.
Her areas of expertise include public and administrative law, procurement law, regulatory law, constitutional law, local government systems and structures, commercial law, contract law and media law.
