Jenine Louise Khan, joined the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in 2010. Jenine has a B.Proc and an LLB Degree obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Higher Diploma in Tax Law from the University of Johannesburg, and a certificate in Medical and Commercial Mediation from Mediation in Motion and the University of Cape Town.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Jenine was an Attorney and Associate Director at Mayat Nurick and Associates.

Jenine practices in the areas of delictual law, family law, labour law, tax and administrative law and alternative dispute resolution.

Jenine actively contributes to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates through various committees and has been an Advocacy trainer for the General Council of the Bar since 2019, training both nationally and internationally.

Jenine has served as an Acting Judge on numerous occasions in the High Court and also regularly sits as an arbitrator, facilitator, mediator and a commissioner in the Small Claims Court.
