I have been practicing in the field of Employment law since 1993, articles included, first at Cheadle Thompson and Haysom (1993-1998) then at Deneys Reitz (now Norton Rose) until doing pupilage at the Johannesburg Bar in 2000. Over the years I have represented employees, trade unions and employers at every level including the Constitutional Court.
I have also chaired both disciplinary hearings and private arbitrations and acted as a Judge in the Labour Court. As a result of this experience I have dealt with every possible type of dispute which can arise in labour and employment law for both employers and employees.
